Can one order have several packages?

Yes. Choose the contents and package details for each box, then create labels and packing slips for the shipment.

What happens when one batch item fails?

The workflow surfaces the failure for review while other eligible work can continue. Retry is a deliberate action after your team reviews the issue.

Can we schedule fulfillment?

Yes. Schedule eligible orders to move through automatic fulfillment around your operation.

Can an unused label be refunded?

HQ provides a supported label-refund workflow. Carrier eligibility and refund outcomes apply.
